About Us

First and foremost, we are both Dads who love sports.  We are both former Division 1 baseball players and understand the passion, commitment and dedication that being a student athlete demands.  The respect that we have for student athletes is tremendous.  Athletics builds character.  We just love sports.

 

Between the 2 of us, we have 7 kids.  Every one of our kids are athletes in various sports.  We went through the recruiting process with our sons and learned the ins and the outs of how to get recruited for college sports.  The recruiting process was like a second job for us.  It was a lot of hard work but we both loved it and learned a ton from it and would like to share what we learned with you.

 

Success: Steve’s son, AJ Miller, is currently on the football team at Syracuse University, an ACC Power 5 school, his other son Carson Miller is committed to play lacrosse at Harvard University and Adam’s son, Jake Kessner, is committed to play football at Princeton University in the Ivy League.

Did Syracuse, Harvard or Princeton or any of the other schools that made offers to AJ, Carson and Jake come to Rye High School to see our boys in action?....NO!

 

The truth is that college coaches don’t just find you.  NONE of the schools that made offers to our boys actually came to a game at Rye High School to watch them play…NOT ONE!  The recruiting process is exactly that, a process, that is a very difficult and a very overwhelming process for the athlete and the parents.  We literally just went though the process and learned what works and what doesn’t.  We learned where to spend your money and where not to spend money.  It was a grueling process but we did it and we succeeded. 

 

We decided that we would now like to help student athletes and families succeed and get recruited for college athletics.

 

It doesn’t matter what sport you play, the process is the same.  We will be your guide, hold your hand, provide you with all of the tools that you need to succeed and hold you accountable.  We will make sure you are doing what needs to be done to elevate your game to be the best athlete you can be and market yourself to college coaches.  We have an entire network of elite trainers that will help you get to the next level.  This is not an online service.  This is a personal service.  We will be working directly with you from the moment you become part of the CSA family until you commit to play your sport in college.  We will be there at the signing table alongside you celebrating your success.

 

Our program has been tried and tested and you can see the results.

 

A major goal of many families is to get their child into the best college possible.  One of the best ways to do this is through Athletics.  As an athlete, colleges have a lower academic standard than students that are not athletes.  It might not seem fair but it is true.  Take advantage of this opportunity and let’s get your child into the best school possible through athletics.
